Old Causeway Bakery, on the edge of the attractive village of Hazelbury Bryan, started life in around 1600AD as a one storey thatched cottage and has grown over the centuries to be a beautiful large home with a lovely welcoming feel. We have completely renovated and redecorated the house since we came here in 2007 and recently finished the landscaping of the garden which allows completely uninterupted views over the glorious countryside that surrounds us.

We offer three cosy bedrooms in the main part of the house with very comfy beds, soft duvets and big fluffy towels. We have one superking ensuite, one king with private adjoining bathroom and one double with private adjoining bathroom. There is also a guest sitting/dining room for guests staying in the main house.

In addition there is the Old Bakery Wing - where the working Bakery used to be. This is now a suite/one bedroom cottage attached to the main house which has a large bedroom with a superking bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower, basin and loo. Downstairs there is a private sitting/dining room where we serve breakfast to Bakery Wing guests – this room has French doors onto a private patio - there is also a mini kitchen for making tea and coffee and snacks.

Children and dogs are welcome at Old Causeway Bakery

and our child and dog friendly village pub, The Antelope Inn, is just across the road.
