Stays of 3 nights or more are discounted by £10 per night.
The White Bedroom is a pretty, good sized bedroom with a Kingsize brass bed and an en suite bathroom with bath with power shower over, basin and loo. This is a welcoming, comfortable, room with space for a travel cot or Fold Down bed if required. Tea and coffee is available in the room.
All guests have the use of a lovely, cosy sitting room and tea and coffee is available at all times downstairs.
All rooms have a TV with Freeview, hairdryer, dressing gowns, alarm clocks and adjustable radiators.

CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation 2 weeks or more before the arrival date we will refund the deposit monies. If we receive a cancellation within 2 weeks of the arrival date we will endeavour to relet the room and if successful will refund the deposit; if we cannot relet the room the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF ROOM: If for any reason beyond our control, for example fire damage, the room is not available on the date booked, all monies received will be refunded in full but we shall not be liable for any further claims.
