Stays of 3 or more nights are discounted by £10 per night.
The Large bedroom, is an elegant, large but cosy bedroom with a Superking bed and an en suite shower room with power show, basin and loo. This room has lovely soft furnishings and a beautifully restored exposed brick wall and is reached via it’s own small staircase. Tea and coffee is available in the room. There is room for a fold down bed if required.
All guests have the use of a lovely guest sitting room and tea and coffee is available downstairs at all times.
All tooms have a TV with Freeview, hairdryer, dressing gowns, alarm clocks and adjustable radiators.

CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation 2 weeks or more before the arrival date we will refund the deposit monies. If we receive a cancellation within 2 weeks of the arrival date we will endeavour to relet the room and if successful will refund the deposit; if we cannot relet the room the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF ROOM: If for any reason beyond our control, for example fire damage, the room is not available on the date booked, all monies received will be refunded in full but we shall not be liable for any further claims.
